Jakarta LH Agency Holds Free Emission Test Until December

Jakarta Environment (LH) Agency holds free emission test from November 3 to December at Jakarta LH Agency Office, Jalan Mandala V, Cililitan, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.

There is no quota limit, we will serve from 10:00 to 14:00

Jakarta Environment Agency Head, Andono Warih conveyed, free emission test will be carried out every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM-2 PM.

"There is no quota limit, we will serve from 10 AM to 2 PM. There are 2 emission test posts, for diesel and gasoline-fueled vehicles," he mentioned, Monday (11/2).

LH Agency Provides Emission Test Training for 300 Technicians

This service is not only carried out to support the realization of Jakarta Langit Biru program, but also Gubernatorial Regulation No. 66/2020 concerning Motor Vehicle Exhaust Emission Testing.

According to him, emission test is conducted to measure amount of vehicle's exhaust gas to detect vehicle's engine performance. Through emission testing, vehicle owners can know the levels of hazardous substances produced by vehicles that are not good for the environment.

"After carrying out emission test, the result will be printed from emission test information system and statement letter for passing the emission test will be also informed through system," he informed.
